1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or registering for any dance class, workshop, or event, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Class Registration & Enrollment

  • Admission is confirmed only after full/partial fee payment.

  • Students must provide accurate personal information during registration.

  • Frenzy Dance Studio reserves the right to refuse admission in special cases.

3. Fees & Payments

  • All fees must be paid on time.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made via approved payment methods (cash/UPI/online transfer/payment gateway).

  • Late payment may result in suspension from classes.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • No refund for missed classes.

  • If a batch is canceled by the studio, a replacement class or refund may be offered.

  • Workshop/event fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by us.

5. Attendance & Discipline

  • Students must arrive on time.

  • Respect instructors and fellow students.

  • Any misconduct may lead to termination without refund.

6. Health & Safety

  • Students participate at their own risk.

  • Inform instructors about any medical condition before joining.

  • Frenzy Dance Studio is not responsible for injuries during training, except in cases of proven negligence.

7. Media & Promotion

  • Photos/videos may be taken during classes or events for promotional purposes (social media, website, marketing).

  • If you do not wish to appear in media content, inform us in writing.

8. Website Usage

  • Website content (logo, videos, images, text) is the property of Frenzy Dance Studio.

  • Unauthorized copying or misuse is strictly prohibited.

9. Changes in Schedule

  • Class timings and instructors may change due to unavoidable circumstances.

  • The studio reserves the right to modify schedules when necessary.

10. Limitation of Liability

Frenzy Dance Studio shall not be held responsible for:

  • Personal belongings lost or damaged on the premises

  • Indirect losses arising from use of our services

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
